Brine Mixer is to add soluble additives, spices, protein powder or starch and other auxiliary materials to the water and mix to form a uniform injection solution. This machine is an essential equipment for the configuration of low-temperature ham processed brine, and can also be used for other similar liquid configurations.

Applications:

·EXPRO Brine Mixer For Brine Injector is used to prepare the liquid or pumpable mixture out of powder and water by its high-speed rotating mixing paddle.

·The brine mixer is used to prepare the brine or marinade out of salt, additives and water by its high-speed rotating mixing paddle.

·The homogeneous brine from the brine mixer are normally to be injected for cooked ham.

Features:

The space between the two walls is for flake ice, which can slow down the temperature rising during mixing.

The brine mixer comes with a output pump, with which the prepared brine can be pumped into the brine injector. (BPZQ-80 without the output pump)

The entire machine frame is constructed of solid stainless steel SUS304.
